Spoiler: Confession passing on the nudge I was given, that I then applied brute force to... Have not yet researched this connection for explanation. It was the last connection I made on Table 2 and was a little tired at the time. But with the info I gave in the last post combined, shove and further shove, there are only two possible connections if I remember right.
So, connections may be the death of me. Good for mental stretching but only if I don't drown myself in tears (or bourbon). Here we go... Spoiler: Top Right Connection *Really* struggling with this one. Thought it might have been a shared date but Boukman seems to kill that w/ his death (no pun intended). Think about Spoiler What do each of the people involved have in common, to every story there is a beginning, a middle and an end.
What is "a table"? Is everything together I see if I'm on the "main screen" where I can click on one of the many circles one table? How many tables are there? 3?
Oh, so I already solved around a third of the puzzles And what I see right from the start is the whole game.
@Meril Have you been doing the artifact checkpoints too? And I'm not too worried about running out of things to do. I'm just about done w Table 3, and even if I run out of tables, there's always something more going on. Alice and Smith is p great at ARGs, blurring where the game actually ends. The early-access ARG was amazing, even if we never finished it (kind of sad we won't have the chance now, I def have some unanswered questions). But even just putting together a strong image of the story, who these characters are, where it fits in the TBW universe. And I have plenty of independent research I want to do, Table 2 had so many cool concepts that it exposed me to, I want to research that more. And maybe you'll feel inspired enough to make your own puzzles if you still feel unsatisfied at the end there's always room for more mystery
If you mean with artifact checkpoint the website where you can get into their private intranet, yes. Maybe their is also something more to find. I didn't clicked every file (most are just numbers). What do you mean by making own puzzles?
Table 2 and 3 + the ARG should keep you going for some time. I also think no one has solved the ARG yet. As for your own puzzle, you can create one and submit it to us (dev). If it's approved, it will be added to The Black Watchmen game.
Okay, so I have been having no success on the New Orleans puzzle. I have used all the hints that I found on this site, and all the information I have read, I studied closely, just nothing ends up correct. I really need the date, so if anyone can apply more hints, that would be awesome.
Hey thanks! Just started googling like 2 in the morning, and found those girls!!! Gotta say, this is definitely one of the coolest games I've ever played. I feel like a bloody librarian with all this research ! Its AWESOME.
So I've been cracking my brain over this Library of Congress\King's gift puzzle for 2 days now and I seem to be far away from figuring that one out. Hints didn't help much, followed them up to the letter, didn't find anything... Please help!><
