Okay, I am lost on 25.2. Spoiler: What I know: 1. The border around the turtle is an enso, which symbolizes enlightenment. 2. Turtles are mythologized in Chinese culture. What I don't know is: 1. What the writing in the turtle means 2. What the codes above or below the image mean (I thought the bottom one was an anagram, but I can't make anything out from it.). 3. What the demon is asking.
well, the text below means what the demon wants to now Spoiler the text is written in the enochian language, so you might want to open an enochian dictionary and youre on the right track; Spoiler its related to the black tortoise, but not the myth... you also might want to use a kanji translater (i believe theres one in the agent toolbox topic... somewhere....

I'm really struggling with 25.9, I haven't had much issue with the other puzzles but I happen to have a learning disability specific to math so I can't make any sense of this one even with hints. Does anyone have an explanation for 12.9 that would make sense to someone working with say a 5th graders understanding of math?
