I've tried but it's a 7-digit number so doesn't work in the archives.

Maybe, but even so, they're all 7-digit numbers so none of them would work

We've had Archive call numbers that are outside of standard format before. If it's not working, it's the wrong one. I just went through and double checked that the correct ID # does in fact lead to another file.
