Update from Dispatch via the situation room. Recon team enroute, will be there at 300 UTC. Mission presumably will continue then. Standby for instructions.

The message has been decoded. It appears to be a distress signal from the Vanberg Institute in Eastborne in Southern England. A recon team is enroute to investigate. They are set to arrive at 300 UTC on December 12th.

Also, sounds like the person who is reading is Wheeler, speaking out of character.

I contacted Gregory through a craigslist posting (using the template given by Dispatch) and got the following response:

"I will do anything I can to kill that terrible creature. Send someone from your organization to The Evening Star Pub in Brighton tonight at 6pm. I’ll be there wearing a red jacket. To be sure it’s someone you sent, have them finish the phrase when I ask “You know the first rule of combat?”

Tell them to come alone and I will hand over all the information I have. And I will happily accept protection. Our experiments were very secretive at the lab, and there is a group that wants to keep it that way.

I've emailed Dispatch to give them an update, as well, and will update this post when I get a response.

UPDATE: Got a response from Dispatch, it follows:

Understood, find attached our guide for providing protective custody. Please provide it to the agent meeting Gregory. Tell the agent to print it out and give it to Gregory to ensure he fully complies.
