I was going to say a code or a date, but thinking it over there's no way it could be that, perhaps it's a page in a book?
I made a zip of all the frames from the video. It's a pretty big zip though, 101 MB. Somewhere in this discussion I think someone made a gallery of them as well... https://app.box.com/s/5oob616nh635wrxl455q
Where does the picture (http://imgur.com/pc8I8kz) Ruke was trying to ID come from? I have had a nagging thought that I had seen it somewhere and the more I think about it, the more I have a feeling (spidey sense sort of thing (I hate spiders!)) that it was a book cover on a kindle daily deal or something like that. This is probably not even the right forest , never mind just the wrong tree though!
It would have to be a standardized book, and identifiable by the target of the message as part of the code. Seeing as I'm unaware of any books related to the investigation, I don't think it's that kind of code.
The bible comes in many shapes, sizes, and versions. You'd need the same one as the person writing/receiving the code. Bible codes are better done in chapter:line combinations (example being "1 Corthinians 10:31")
