Hell Notes

Well I after a some strange looks from my neighbours I've got rid of the note.

I just hope we got them all, the paperwork associated with missing notes is very annoying

 

I just performed my burial, whilst doing so I not only managed to drop my phone mid burial but it also ran out of charge so I couldn't take a photograph of it.

I did manage to complete filming and as I swiped to change it from video to camera mode, it went pfffft and switched itself off.

Confirmation now sent to dispatch. \o/

 

Received word from my brother, there is a hell package waiting for me, I'll have a look tomorrow and keep you posted.

 

Confirmed that I received my Hell Note also, same as others have received with similar serial numbers. Letter was encrypted using a different ROT encryption so looked different but has the same content. Off to find somewhere to bury this now, got to be some green space somewhere in this city

 

Got mine too... R18... and taken care of.

That is the link to them. One is a coded message, and the other 2 are seeming to be I-O-U notes? and something about Aviation on the black envelope. While i would decypher it all, i am running late... for... Agent reasons.

So far all agents got the same letter, in various ROT codes.

 

Just received mine, will update when the ritual has been performed. ROT 16 for decrypting mine.

I hope my Hell Note hasn't killed the mailman and that it arrives before Tuesday. From then on I will only be partially at home until the end of month.
Maybe I can take it with me to get rid off it in a hole as far away from my location as possible.

Today I received a black envelope with the sender marked as Sightline Aviation Vehicles. Inside the envelope was a coded letter, I suspect it might be Caesar cypher as well as an oriental style bill or cheque. I took photos and will add those here as soon as I reach a place with a cable. I think this might be related to the Rosenberg clinic case but I will know more in next few hours. Stay tuned.

 

That would be part of the Hell Notes. There's a thread for it. Unfortunately, it's not related to Rosenberg.

Heh, this was fast reaction. I just found the thread myself as well. "Hell Bills" sounded weird so I didn't look under that first. I compared the "Report" file to mine and my text is different though. I wonder if this could be merged with that thread somehow?

Your cipher may be a different ROT, they apparently changed them up a bit.
