Closed Beta Missing Keys

I need a key as well! Thanks! I'm one of the $125 backers. (I need to get back into this holy crap)

Sentry System Game Package + Orbital Hacker: CAD 100.

But I didn't get a Steam key either.

anything above a CA$50 KS pledge includes the closed beta steam key.... drop @Anashel a pm if you haven't heard anything

 

Hi so I pre-prdered the game some time ago and I got the e-mail with the code that I can redeem in the game but I wonder if I'm still supposed to use the universal launcher or I supposed to get a key for the steam as well, becouse I only got 1 code wich I entred in-game.

 

If you have a Quantum-level or higher pre-order, you should have received a Steam key. You can check to see if you're in the closed beta by looking in your Agent Profile, in your inventory.

Hey ya, I do not have my beta key. I bought the Quantum package. Can you please send it?

 

I have not got my key yet and I have purchased the quantum package from the site that was redirected from the steam application. I have attempted to contact the info email on the site and got no reply. If anyone can help with this, it would be much appreciated.

Yesterday I preorder the basic pack and I got an email with the code. But what I don't understand is where I should redeem the code.

Can anyone help me?

 

if you pre-ordered the base game or sentry pack, you get a code that you can redeem in the alpha client;
you download this (windows) or this (macOS) and open the alpha launcher.
you then login with your username/password (its the same you made for TBW)
when youre logged in, you go to your "agent profile" (left side of your screen, 2nd button from the top, shield with wings logo)
there you will find a fiels with the text "enter coupon"
thats where you can insert the code you received, to load potential rewards to your account

if you ordered the quantum pack, you will also receive a steam key, which you should insert in steam somewhere

I haven't received any key on my inbox.

 

Did you order the Quantum-level pre order? If you are, the key would have been sent via email to the address on your PayPal account. Check in that account, and if you can't find it then I'll try and escalate it to Anashel

 

the email address I signed up with is not the same as my paypal one. I founf the key, sorry about that.
