@Inigo @Rhino and I deciphered the message as follows: Kingsley Amis - well known writer/drinker Bordeaux - wine "Meeting of neo-nobles" - the wealthy Thus we discover that several wine tastings have been held as recently as yesterday in the Boston Harbor Hotel. In the link you will find the discovered documents. http://imgur.com/a/7DL9A
As recently inducted agents, I'm not sure what our next step should be. But have secured the documents before Mr. Chandler could get his hands on it.
I would recommend you get in touch with HQ and notify them of your findings; they might not be able to discern where to go from here, or if there is a where to go to from here, but they'll surely be interested in your findings. They should still be where you first met The Black Watchmen - or at least they'll be there tomorrow. Conversely, they're likely monitoring the Forums as we speak, so they are most likely already aware of your success - but HQ does get ever so happy when their Agents do well. Especially when new Agents like all of you joining us now have performed so exceedingly well. If possible, I'd also suggest you try and meet up with other newly active Agents recruited during PAX, as it is quite obvious that every contribution from every new Agent was part of getting to where you got. (Don't ask them about Ogallala!)
If I'm not mistaken, acording to the letter on OP, Mr. Chandler is the private investigator, the one who left the package. You have recovered the package before his client could get it. This mysterious client is WC_4515, and it smells like... Spoiler WhiteChapel!!!
Regarding Msika and Whitechapel: http://forums.blackwatchmen.com/index.php?threads/msikas-letters.187/ http://forums.blackwatchmen.com/index.php?threads/barbizon-hotels.183/ Regarding Rosenberg, the document you have secured gives you the story so far. Mission specific threads can be found here: http://forums.blackwatchmen.com/index.php?forums/archived-missions.28/
I would like to note that the second part of the mission as presented in the original brief is to discern the identity of the client. Are there any other ideas than Whitechapel? Just that there's no evidence of him other than the initials.
Has anyone observed the concierge for the rest of the night? Or did our agents just grab the package and went away? This might have been a chance to see WC_4515 or at keast one of his people...
The Boston harbor hotel is a fairly fancy place. I don't think they would've liked us loitering around late at night.
