Little tip for 3.1. When you get the right answer (in my case fairly quickly) make sure you spell it correctly so you don't spend 2 hours reading his complete works then coming here for help only to find you had the right answer in the first place.

 

Hi, first post for me.
I'm a bit stuck on 3.3.

I decipher the burned signs, i find the way the A. cipher work, but i can't find the reference of the book to use to decipher.

there is no mirror trick,
its just smoke and mirrors

 

I dont understand your answer, smoke and mirror has for me, more links with Broken Sword 2 game than with this mission...

 

Anyone got any hints for 3.2. I've edited the picture to get what is written but can't seem to link it to an address

I used the monk code to get six sets of three numbers, but I can't get anything that makes sense of them. I need a major hint about what variation of book code to use. Or at least someone to tell me if the numbers I have are incorrect.

haha, dont worry - you're not being dumb. These missions are designed to test you hard, and as you can see in these threads - we all need dudges from time to time.

Have you checked all the advice on the first page of this thread? If so and it's not helped explain what you've tried and what you're thinking in spoiler quotes so we can see what's what.
