I just downloaded the demo version. Every time I try to login it displays a "loading" animation for a minute or two and then gives an "Unknown Error". Is there a way to fix this problem?
I also have a problem with the demo registration. I input the registration information, then I hear "connecting" and see the loading icon. The icon just keeps going for several minutes, no message or anything. It seems like this is a cool looking game, but I can't confirm this if I can't get past the demo registration. Any idea what's going on?
Actually i had this same issue when i was at LAN event in Finland promoting the game. If i recall it had something to do with the internet or hardware. I changed both and it started working. So i would recomend checkking Windows Firewall, allow TBW.exe there and if you have AV which blocks .exe files, allow TWB.exe past it. If that does not help, then the issue is in the demo login server which @Anashel can fix
