    Agents,

As some of you are aware, the Agency sometimes comes into contact with weaponry that is either extensively modified, or is entirely original in design. We have kept classified logs on such weaponry, however Dispatch has begun declassifying some files whose secrecy doesn't necessarily deserve being stored solely on internal archive servers. We have begun a list, http://wiki.blackwatchmen.com/index.php/The_Armory , of the declassified weapons. Please feel free to update the list if you have been authorized to do so.

I am very interested in the MP3-Based Wave Launcher. What would it take for a yellow-class agent to get access to this item for study ? I already have a few field tests in mind. Those might include extreme occult based music (I would require an exorcist to be around, just in case), test of the Sunn0))) discography, and of course, plugging a guitar rig directly and see what happens.

You haven't seen the stuff we have down at O.W.L.

I was also wondering... What if an agent happened to find a weapon in the field ? Let's say an investigation led an agent to find a dead guy with templar symbols all over his black and red uniform, and he happened to pick up his strange engraved pistol that was kind of...vibrating. Should that agent consult with the Armory ? Not that I know anyone in that position...

Operating on a purely hypothetical basis, all agents are responsible for turning in any evidence in the form of weaponry recovered from investigations or from the bodies of enemies, even normal ones. An agent who finds an especially odd item would be expected to turn it in, although if there is no proof that such a weapon exists or is in the possession of said agent, then I am sure no penalties can be applied to said agent. It would help if said agent would allow me to conduct a search of his belongings in order to search for such a weapon, and test fire it if I find such a weapon. I am sure that such a search would not uncover any such weapon, which will be on the report.

Also operating on hypotheticals, Agents are allowed to research these phenomena. Once clearance has been given, Agents are allowed access to the specified article and to research facilities and materials. Of course, the proper paperwork must be submitted for these studies to begin and to check anything out of the Armory requires both a specific clearance level and clearance from the Armory Quartermaster. Right Agent @Treble ?

Of course. Typically, normal weapon use for training is automatically approved, although special weapon training or study needs approval. These are for the most part approved, barring any clearance or probation issuses.

As my position in the armory would suggest, I'm not entirely familiar with most of types of encoding. In other words, if you have something to say, don't expect me to understand it if it isn't in plain English or one of the standard Agency encryption types.

    About that archaeological finding,

I got the recent file about the "weird-ass" skull you found in your backyard. I have no idea why you choose to contact me in this regard, or encode your initial message. However, if you believe the artifact could have psychic or paranormal properties, I suggest you contact Agent Grim-Angel53, who routinely handles such objects.

*typing out report on psychic connection properties of a ring that was found in his care shortly before a situation in Div-33 caused some interesting changes within his own psychic and ethereal body. Ring forged a connection with the ethereal and astral planes, allowing some interesting interactions with it*

    Hm? Someone say my name?

*sensing no one summoning his presence, he returns to the report, with specific considerations. Then begins playing with some different totems, to test out their use as enchanted items.*
