Problem To Register In Game

Hello all!
Since yesterday, i've been having a problem to register in game.
My friend bought this game for me in steam, and every time that I try to register, the game loads and nothing happens, just comes the same screen again.
I put my information, e-mail, name and password, click on register, starts loading and when it ends, back to the same screen.

Please allow the game trough your firewall.
Also try disabling your Anti-Virus software.
I think that might be causing the issue.

I've tried disabling the firewall and nothing has changed.
I don't use antivirus, so we know that it isn't for that reason.

So it looks like something might be blocking the connection with http://db8e.playfabapi.com:443 (Default HTTPS port) which by thee looks of it, is an relay for the login. (Source: Fiddler Web Debugger)

So i would recommend adding an wildcard to your firewall with setting *.playfabapi.com on either OS level or even in router level. (Could also tell you'r OS so it's helping with the troubleshoot since i'm going on about you having PC. If you have Mac or Ubuntu, let me know and i will look into it more )

Could you also post the the output_log.txt (found in STEAM INSTALL LOCATION\steamapps\common\The Black Watchmen\tbw_Data\output_log.txt) so the dev's can also see what the issue is.

Also make sure that the is no other programs which could block any connections if they seem odd to the system.

Other than that, i'm coming up and blank. Log in/Register server is up since i made an TestAgent and tested my own login and it did work.

Hi!
I have some updates to tell.
I discovered that the problem is on my computer, because i tried to register in another computer and it worked normally.
But i tried on my computer and the same thing happens.
I'm posting the output_log.txt of the game here.
When i try to login in my computer with the account that i created on the other pc, starts the loading, and when stops, another error appears, says "Unknown Error".

UPDATE: Another error appeared!
When i open the game, simply appears this error (i sent the photo).

 

Yeah i can see in there that somehow the game is not getting connection to playfabaoy.com Error: "Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to db8e.playfabapi.com:8118"

Try verifying the game cache via steam (instructions here) and try again. Other than that i got nothing. @Anashel got any idea about this?

Edit: Do also check your computer time settings as well. Do the Windows Internet Time check to sync your clock.

 

I've checked the cache, as you suggested, and continues with the error, but no more server error, when i try to login, comes "Unknown Error".
I am from Brazil, so my clock its synchronized with the time of here, the cause can be that?

I cant access this site, appears "500 Internal Privoxy Error".

 

Huh. So an software is blocking the access. Check your installed software's and try find Privoxy on it

That program is an proxy program which causes for the Internet to work odd things. So by removing that, the issue is solved.
