Alright, got my achievement. Nice! This was a fun live mission, and I'm looking forward to checking out AITDW ASAP. Also, during the live mission, IIRC when Dispatch had technical issues, I texted something along the lines of "HELP! SOMEBODY SEND HELP!" just being silly in the chat, and some of you seemed genuinely concerned that I might be saying that I needed help. I know there have been times when gamers responded to actual calls for help online, so I'd like to apologize for any concern I might have caused over that. On the upside, it's good to know that y'all would try to help if there were a time I was serious and not being a jack-ass.

Background Throughout December, extensive riots have broken out in major cities across Africa. They appear to be triggered by exposure to a series of websites that are viewed at Internet cafes just prior to the violent outbreaks. The pattern of the attacks is cyclical in nature, so we were able to predict that the next attack is likely to occur at 18:00 UTC December 22, 2016. In the past week, the Global Agents Network [GAN] worked directly with NITE Team 4 to coordinate a massive recon of key points of interest in Africa and amass a comprehensive database of Internet cafe locations in 50 cities that could be targeted. Through the intrusion efforts of our agents, we were able to obtain the URL of the trigger site to be used in tomorrow's attack. A warning message was sent out to every Internet cafe on the list, in hopes of lessening the effects of the planned Dec 22 attack.
