I recieved Maputo myself, rather small city at first glance and will need to do a little translation effort for it. I'll look into the city some more on Sunday after I finish work.

Currently watching Dakar in Africa and attempting to locate Internet Cafes near High Value Targets. My initial findings are here - any other agents observing same location can give me a shout; found some interesting things out. Institutions labelled as 'purely and specifically' internet cafes are few and far between in Dakar; there are only two identified as such spaced out across the peninsula. All the high value targets in the area are located on the southern hook of the peninsula (Presidential Palace, administrative and government centres). Comparing this with other African centres of activity (although I haven't been apprised of other targets by other agents) I'm fairly surprised; it seems that there are more clusters in places like Kenya, Johanasberg and so on. It's almost as if Dakar is intentionally dark in this aspect; something in and of itself that might need to be investigated further at a later stage. Do the authorities in Dakar know something is afoot, and have they recently moved to ensure that Internet Cafes near to HVTs are shut down? If I broaden the search to Wifi hotspots inside locations such as hotels, etc. I can locate a few such points but would assume that places such as hotel hotspots and residential areas don't have the required connections\bandwidth\number-of-people required for such attack. Have made a preliminary report on Dakar available here.
I have sent the report for the city of Abidjan. I have used some of the means written above. I also found useful this website here: http://mz.wowcity.com/maputo/maputo/ You can put your city, and search for Internet Cafè, Cyber Cafè and so on. Hope it is useful.

Received an email reassigning me to Durban. It seems the analysts at NT4 are concentrating our efforts on a few certain cities and have additional tasks. I suggest agents check their email in case they are also reassigned.
if people are looking for elvation info - i used http://www.mapcoordinates.net/en i copied the lat/long from our custom map and got each locations altitude.
Some questions I'm seeing pop up a lot, and the answers. What's a HVT? High Value Targets - In the first email from Dispatch, they indicated "Government Offices, Embassies, Military Facilities, Major Banks and Central Transportation Hubs" to be High Value Targets What's a hot spot? The GPS coordinates provided in the Agent-created Intel documents in each thread. We're currently only focused on 5 'Priority' targets. Where are people working? There's the official IRC and an unofficial discord where folks are collaborating. All information is being compiled in a massive google doc.
In case someone doesn't have the link yet, all the intel we have for MULTIPLE LOCATIONS is in this document. And a lot of us are doing some of the communication here.
Everything is being documented in the gdoc, so I don't see why it matters where folks talk rn. Obviously the IRC is where communication from dispatch will happen still.
