(OOC Forward) - The scenario in this post is not considered canon by The Black Watchmen, and is a fan-made scenario which has already occurred. This material is solely intended for RP purposes, and to contribute towards my agent's backstory. This will not change unless TBW decide to officially recognize this information. Agents, I was recently made aware that some of you were contacted by an organization I was, until a few years ago, affiliated with. They identifythemselves as Armatus Tueri. I have cooperated with Dispatch in the resulting investigation, and the situation has been marked as resolved. Dispatch has released some declassified documents on our unrestricted servers, here: http://wiki.blackwatchmen.com/index.php/Armatus_Tueri. What you need to know, and what has been declassified, is essentially that they are a secretive organization which protects those willing to pay their exorbitant fees. Much of what I know of this organization has been classified, and I cannot reveal it. This is in part due to the high profile of the kind of clients they keep, and the potential fallout that may occur if specifics were revealed. After their run-in with our agency, reports suggest that they have gone underground to clean house of insurgents. I doubt they will stay this way, however. I know Armatus Tueri. They claim to base their actions on honor and duty, but they are similar to every other business on the face of this planet. They'll be back, once their coffers run dry.
Considering that they tried to extract a training dummy, I am not impressed. On the other hand, it could have been a way of making us aware of their presence. If that's the case, I'm curious to see what they want.
From what I have seen, the organization was manipulated into attempting to extract a fake person through fake bank transfers and a falsified protection contract, and while doing so, infiltrate our real servers. For something of that magnitude, they'd have to have had a lot of turncoats. It's not my place to speculate, but it seems to me that someone either wanted tension between our agencies, or embarrassment for them.
