Agents, please note that if you're working with any sort of implement believed to carry temporal energy, please remember to set up your anchoring and arcane grounding wards before attempting to use/open/touch said object. wards should be placed on the table space being worked on and on your self. if you are unsure on how to do so, just ask someone in the Arcane R&D. They should be able to help you. This is imperative, so you don't get lost in the time stream or stuck in the past without a doorway or other way to traverse the temporal passages, other than simply existing and going forward.
