Hey there! So, yesterday I bought the game, installed it on my computer and everything, went perfectly fine. I turned it on, made an account and logged in. It connects, the music keeps playing until a certain point, and then it stops and the game just crashes. Tried restarting it multiple times, restarted the PC multiple times, reinstalled the game about three times now, but all to no avail. I've included the crash reports(at least I think they're the crash reports) so I hope someone can help me out with this, because I'm really looking forward to playing this game. Thanks a bunch in advance, Joey
Hey Joey, I'll forward it to the Devs now. In the meantime, beyond restarting, have you tried: - Installing it with your antivirus/firewall disabled. - Making sure your graphics card driver is up to date. - Making sure you have DirectX installed.
Hi Joey! Really sorry to read that. I look at your VRAM, it say 64 mb, for some reason I think we max out your vram. When the game launch, can you try to play it to it's lower level graphics quality (set it to Fastest). Other options on the table: - Try to update the drivers - Try to run it in compatibility mode to see if older mode can help you reduce the vram footprint
Alrighty, I ran it in compatibility mode the game works now, and it's running perfectly(aside from the somewhat addictive qualities) Thanks a bunch!
He is running Windows 7 SP1. It reads on the output_log file (Part: OS-Version: 6.1.7601 (Service Pack 1)) Edit could you please update the GPU (Graphics card) drivers? I found out that it's an common issue on nVidia cards. If GPU is intergrated with the machine, please visit your OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) website for latest drivers (if any) If you have nVidia, you can use their Auto Detection tool here (It needs java tough ) If you have AMD, you can use their Auto Dectection tool here You can update DirectX by using Microsoft DirectX Web Tool from here
