Hi everyone, Recently we seem to have a random DNS issue where the client is unable to resolve domain name, resulting in log-in error or game crash. This do not only apply to the game but also to the forums and the website. If anyone is unable to log-in or access the forums for a short period of time, please flag it in this thread when the connectivity is back. Be sure to include your location. (country) Thank you!
Just had a 20 - 30 minute window (from 9:15 - 9:35/40 AM CEST) where I was unable to access neither the forums nor the main site. The page loaded, but remained white without producing any errors. Edit: And again for 20 - 30 minutes from 9:45/50 - 10:10.
I had the same issue as Santiak, noted at approximately 9:50-10:00, I have only just checked again and had the site load. I was able to log into the client last night without issues. EDIT: Again from ~12:00pm-12:30pm
Thanks for the update, I did received also a downtime alert from Pingdom, but that one was not related to Blackwatchmen dns since pingdom give me outage for other domain and IP that was on the same Opswork stack. I'll try to figure out what was the cause but this time, I'm pretty sure it was server side.
