Call For Help Glitched?

Yesterday the call for help feature was working perfectly fine.
Today I joined another agent's call for help to mutually assist in a mission. My client then froze and I wasn't able to click on anything.
After coming back into the client the Call for help feature is highlighted in orange even though I am not in a group. I am now not able to join in another's group or call for help.

Any help will be appreciated.

 

SIMILAR issue.
I logged out of game whilst still in a group. Whilst I was offline the group got disbanded by group leader. I think the game thinks I'm still in a group and whilst clicking 'leave group' the 'call for help' option box pops up and clicking on (1) Start Collaboration and (2) Request a Senior Agent both have no effect.

I can´t leave a group, after it has been dissolved. When clicking the "leave-the-group" icon, the "Call for Help" window pops up.
Nothing happens, when trying to start a collaboration or requesting a senior agent.
I´ve tried it, with a new installation, but nothing has changed.

Merged threads as they relate to the same issue.

 

I had the same issue. I PMed a puppet master in IRC and had my CFH data reset. That fixed it.

 

Yup, same position with my CFH locked. I can't help anyone.
