In anticipation for the difficult times we will be facing here are some guidelines for the archiving of information. We must make sure that all info is accessible in case it is needed in the future. Needless to say that gathering and archiving info is a community wide responsibility and our agency will benefit greatly if it is done correctly. In other words: Any agent can perform Archivist duties as long these guidelines are followed Live Missions Upon receiving any clue that hint to the star of a new mission a thread will be created on the Ongoing Missions subforum. Before creating the thread please make sure that another thread for the same mission doesn't already exists. Agents can use this thread to discuss and document theories and clues. When the mission ends the thread will be moved to the Archived Missions subforum. At any moment during the live mission any agent can create an entry in the Wiki. In this case, said agent must share the link to the entry in the corresponding thread. As the results of live missions are critical, swiftness in the exchange of information is advised and thus the use of spoiler tags and similar elements is not necessary. Regular Missions When a new set of missions is released a thread for each one will be created on the Ongoing Missions subforum. Before creating the thread please make sure that another thread for the same mission doesn't already exists. Agents can use this thread to discuss and document theories and clues. Two weeks after the release the threads will be moved to the Archived Missions subforum. From this moment any agent can create an entry in the Wiki. In this case, said agent must share the link to the entry in the corresponding thread. As the results of regular missions are not critical, extreme precaution is advised and thus the use of spoiler tags and similar elements is a must. Answers should never be shared and hints should be used instead.
