Ok, so I have lots of pieces but nothing is connecting in my brain as to a solution, so Anashel suggested I start posting this stuff. Here is what I have so far Spoiler The password hint is Dutch and translates to "Injustice to a Great Warrior" We also have some highlighted information on the passport picture, but I haven't been able to connect it to anything yet. Spoiler PART 2: Spoiler I think the passcode is a birthdate. The binary code translates into a tiny url : http://tinyurl.com/p8tlnft which leads to another code sent to Patrick, which translates to this: RUPTURE SITE 07-13: SITE DISCOVERED AND ARTIFACT OBTAINED RUPTURE SITE 07-14: RUPTURE SITE BECOMES UNSTABLE RUPTURE SITE 07-15: CASUALTY ALEXANDER CORTEZ RUPTURE SITE 07-16: RUPTURE SITE CLOSED RUPTURE SITE 07-20: FLUCTUATIONS DETECTED [spolier] And for Part 3 we have the name of Maya Cortez (no spoiler tag here, as her name is right there in the mission heading) So yeah...I have lots of pieces, but I am having trouble making them mean anything right now. I figured I'd add here: Spoiler The hint is in Dutch and the fellow we're looking for is from the Netherlands. Specifically, one of the things left on the passport is Kimswerd. There is a certain folk figure tied closely with Kimswerd: Spoiler Pier Gerlofs. Grutte Pier. A Frisian folk hero who suffered great injustice. His home was ravaged and his family raped and murdered and their estate burnt to the ground. After this, he became a freedom fighter of sorts and a pirate. He even has a statue in Kimswerd and was said to have superhuman strength and effortlessly wielded a great sword. I'm sure that this is the 'Great Warrior' the hint refers to, especially with Kimswerd as a clue in the passport.
OK, I got that part, but I haven't found anything related that works as a passcode, hence my frustration... EDIT: Arg! Spoiler Ok, so just keep trying the dates related to him, I guess. Have updated my original post with part spoiler hints.
So I've translated the binary and figured out where the message was being sent to... But I can't figure out what the password should be. It looks like a date but if it wants the date of who I'm thinking then I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Solution for part 1 (please look at the hints/spoilers above first): Spoiler The passcode is a mixture of his name and a date. His full name is Pier Gerlofs Donia but you can forget the last part (Donia). If you are still in doubt about the last part, ask yourself when the "injustice" happened. The correct passcode is Pier Gerlofs 1515. I had some trouble with this because I haven't thought about ignoring part of his name. The passcode for Part 2 should be clear. Spoiler: Hint After decoding the last part you will have all needed information (no need to google). What are they looking for?
here's a hint for Part 2. Spoiler format states 'xx xx xxxx' however the format actually should be 'xx-xx-xxxx' this drove me insane.
