So I am finally starting to try to play NT4 after pre-ordering, and am finding it even more painfully opaque than TBW (or TSW investigation missions). Regardless, I get to Mission 01 News Leak, and move through it: Spoiler Ran an osint against rosenews.com Ran fingerprint against fileshare subdomain The proceeded with AfterMidnight attack against the vulnerable port And the above just leads me nowhere, so I proceed on multiple goose chases to try and figure out what I am suppose to do. The mission clues offered no help. So then I closed the game, re started then: Spoiler Ran an osint against rosenews.com Ran fingerprint against fileshare subdomain Promptly Completed the mission ?!?!? So, is this a known issue/bug?
Hi! News Leak is an Alpha version mission. We're no longer supporting the Alpha version as we've moved on to a (much nicer, if I say so myself) Beta demo version, which you can find on Steam. If you don't mind me asking, where did you find a download link for the Alpha? I'm trying to find the links in the wild so we can take them down and direct folks to the Beta demo.
