Notes so far:

• This comes after an update last night on Barbizon Hotels where we discovered two of Agent Msika's letters indicating her situation and capture.
• Patch Hewlie is an anagram for Whitechapel, he definitely enjoys playing with people's heads.
• Event runs from 5pm EDT today until noon on Sunday. (OOPS MY BAD)

UPDATES
4:50 PM: Paper placed on wall, blood spatter, word 'HURRY' written in blood.
5:05 PM: Dead Souls by Joy Division has started playing in the background

Just recieved the message from Mr. Hewlie. Watched the video and here I am. The livestream isn't working for me, did anyone watch it and if so what did we learn?

 

The livestream is currently going up and down. It looks like it's still being set up and tweaked.

 

Stream is occasionally up, but shows several pieces of paper on a wall, blank, and goes down again.

 

Interesting update.

 

After some thought, these are my conjectures so far:

Whitechapel is pretty obviously fucking with us. I believe he posted the "hurry" sign in her blood, to give us false hope she can be saved. The video seems to show her entering an unknown place, which I believe to be a wing of an old hospital. She enters a room and is shocked and dismayed by what she sees there. The room seems to have been blasted apart. (from the outside in, or a powerful imploding force if the break pattern on the wooden slats around her are to be considered) She looks healthy and undamaged, so I believe this vid was taken right before she was kidnapped by Whitechapel. The video serves to taunt us, to mislead us that she is still alive to be saved, but I don't believe it. However, if we are able to solve his puzzles, we may be able to retrieve or locate her remains. [spolier]

 

Oh nice, things are starting to ramp up, and just when I finally have some free time to pay attention to them. >: )

they are Russian for the Author Nikolai Gogol, who wrote a novel called Dead Souls. I used this as a URL add on Barbizon Hotels and found a letter from Msika. Ugly had found the first one on accident, I forget who found the other two, for a total of four so far. They are all under the link Msika Letters if you want to read them.

Msika's return and another paper wall... I am having a lot of nostalgic feelings.

 

So, you should tell us about what gives you this feeling maybe...
Especially for the newer ones, who do not know what happened ealier...any hint may work...

 

Well it's been quite a while since we heard from Msika and for those of us who were here before the launch of TSW we still remember staring at the paper wall for... hours and hours.

 

and hours and hours, and hours.. it was amazing!

I've been busy lately with that other ARG I created for CC. Come back to see all this.

 

Gods, that's really hard to express...it must have something to do with the hours we spent together, watching the wall, trading jokes and silly links, and just...being together. Then nothing happens for HOURS, and then suddenly there's something new on the wall, and we'd lose our shit. Wild theories would run amok, and then the wall yelled at us, and we laughed our asses off...it was an experience I will never forget. I don't know how to say why it was so amazing...and maddening...but it was!
And look at us now: new jokes, silly links, going mad with a new song and a new wall, trading stories and just being here, together, all of us. It's...it's not just 'playing a game'. It's us bonding together as people, as a community, towards a singular purpose. And when you find something or help crack a puzzle, there's this rush of excitement and pride. For me at least. When I found Deadsouls letter, I was screaming, and cursing the fact that everyone wasn't on to see it immediately!

 

There is only one reaction possible for me after reading yout post Asariel...WORD!
