Mission 3 private communications

Hello.
I have a question for mission 3:

I'm currently trying to get into a mail server with the hacking tool. The server name is mail.rosenews.com and I enter the name Evans Samantha. Why is it not possible for me to hack into that server?

Once you find the password, I'm not sure what to do with it - none of the hacking options seem to have the ability to make use of the login details. Is there a way to open an in-game mail browser to manually login, or am i being particularly dense to be allowed on a NITE tema-4 team?

GUYS AND GALS,

If you successfully retrieved the password for Samantha Evans but cannot progress in the game, you are on Mission 3, NOT 1. That said, you jumped way ahead without triggering introduction/completion messages from Mission 1 and possibly 2 (or skipped Mission 2 entirely). Go back and give it another go.

 

Sorry, but I'm really stumped at guessing the username. Any piece of advice ?

 

the username is mentioned/shown? in the "tutorial" video,
but if youve missed it, its also "easy to guess" because its a fairly standard formatting
in case youre really stuck
