So I have a slightly mad idea: Revelations 21 makes reference to the Alpha and the Omega...is it possible there could be a Patient Omega? And if so, could they be the traitor?
I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the patients - are they part of Rosenberg Clinic? Is there a writeup on the clinic somewhere, or could someone catch me up?
"Patient Alpha" refers to the first individual who was observed with the BDNF-mutation, as a result of extensive Rupture-exposure - which so far had only been seen to be lethal in effect. In her case, however, it resulted in, for lack of a better word, her gaining "superhuman" powers. She's the one Anashel is using as his avatar.
Patient alpha is likely named Sophie Hollins, as we learned at the end of the beta missions. It's been strongly hinted that she is a lost daughter of Annalise Michel, and her twin is Vanessa Baup of the Rosenberg clinic
In terms of power, aye. In any case, interesting thought about the possibility of there being "Patient Omega". Checked if there was either a sub-folder, or a file (txt and jpg) on the site, using "omega" as the folder/file name. Unfortunately nothing came up.
In some ways, she is. She is much more powerful than is, and she could destroy us at any time. She also exists on a slightly different plane of existence than us.
Here is her description on the website: "Patient Alpha has the BDNF gene mutation and exposure to the 'incident' has caused the mutation to trigger. Alpha is a being of immense power who exists slightly out of phase from our reality. She is rather vain, and neither good nor evil, but she is helping The Black Watchmen to understand what these 'incidents' are." I am a little fuzzy int he brain from having almost no sleep...I know someone referred to her as demi-god as a description, but can't remember where I saw it.
Fun little factoid, john 8 21-32. It ends 'you will then know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.' Which is engraved at CIA headquarters. Probably not related but interesting coincidence.
So what's next? Just tried shortlinks on the website by using: http://barbizonhotels.com/?p=1 etc with numbers from 1-100 and 120-130. Found not much. Some of them worked. Unsure if somebody has seen this site already: http://barbizonhotels.com/?p=64 http://barbizonhotels.com/booking/receptionist-giving-room-keys-to-customer/ http://barbizonhotels.com/wp-conten...eptionist-giving-room-keys-to-customer-xs.jpg So I guess booking will be enhanced at any point of time. Maybe we can discover more about it before this point of time? ;-)
I don't see anything interesting in the pic except... Spoiler I can't make out what is on the monitor but it looks like just the headers on a graphical interface. Nothing special about the reflection. Somebody with more stylesense than I have might think different but I find it unusual that the nails look manicured - why purple patterns on only the index & ring fingers?
The image appears exactly identical to the stock photo: http://us.123rf.com/450wm/racorn/ra...om-keys-to-customer-at-reception-in-hotel.jpg
Nice and convenient - Close to a UPS Store. Maybe some one(s) has a mailbox within strolling distance of our hotel for discreet deliveries?
This is 2014, that ain't no problem anymore the legal aspect however...that's another story. We Agents travel light, and under many names.
Interesting tidbits I have found. Coincidence maybe but does deserve some scrutiny. Barbizon: Knew I had heard the reference before in my Art History studies. A school of painters in a movement towards Realism. Located in France, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbizon_school) the village is near the Forest of Fountainebleau. Gustave Dore although famed for his wood engravings and printmaking also painted. Some of his landscapes have been said to be influenced by the Barbizon School (http://www.thearttribune.com/Gustave-Dore-Born-a-Painter.html). He painted a piece called ‘The Stream in the Forest Fountainbleau’ (http://www.christies.com/lotfinder/...e-a-stream-in-the-forest-5175679-details.aspx). Another very interesting work that likely is not relevant but worth noting is ‘Enigma’ (http://fineartamerica.com/featured/the-enigma-gustave-dore.html) Just a few random threads that I will continue to poke around with.
