Action required: Craft a temporary signal jammer to prevent further experiments by Triscane Labs while a permanent solution is established at a Black Watchmen facility. 2. Background: We received reports from four locations around the world (Kiev, Montreal, San Salvador and Brisbane) concerning clothing that seemed to appear out of nowhere. The timing of the reports suggests that these incidents happened in short succession, meaning that they are likely connected. We found several personal items that could be used to build a map of the locations where the clothing came from. Begin an investigation to find the causes behind this materialization of matter. 3. Updates: Subjects A, B and C were saved during the rescue operation, unfortunately Subject D was not able to be recovered due to degradation of data. If we want to prevent future experiments we need to craft a signal jammer based on the documents received from the Calgary rift research scientist [Archive Call Number UY65VN ]. This will be a temporary solution while we build our own permanent equipment at a secure Black Watchmen facility. 4. Recommendation: (a) Build a signal jammer based on the instructions from the rift research scientist [Archive Call Number UY65VN ]. Note to all agents: you don't have to leave these things in public places like we have done with some live events in the past. In fact, PLEASE DO NOT. The plans provided by Mr. Trotsky have allowed for us to develop highly effective jammers, the devices in operation are reported to be working well. We expect that by 7:00 PM EST we will have a robust network If agents would still like to send in photos of their device after this time, we will store it in the database. However, operation will likely conclude at 7:00 PM EST.
Div66_Dispatch: Subject C is under the care of our head medical officer, his condition is stable for now. A cover story was provided by SET 6 and his family was transported to him, we expect him to recover.
