Updates: A surveillance team placed in the Vancouver area spotted a suspicious van patrolling one of the neighbourhoods where we suspect abductions were taking place. Two individuals exited the van and attempted to kidnap a woman walking her dog in the Mount Pleasant area. Our team prevented the kidnapping and attempted to subdue the kidnappers. They bit down on what appears to be a poison pill and died on the scene. We suspect that they alerted their network before dying, luckily they were prevented from deleting files stored on their phones. 4. Recommendation: (a) Review the data extracted from the kidnappers phones [ Call Number YT67UO ]. (b) Identify kidnapper base of operations in Vancouver, they likely shut off their phone when in proximity to their base so “blank spots” on the map should be investigated first.
