Hey @Zerosh ... that link you have in spoiler 5 for part 2 is broken... all it pulls up is an error 404: Page not found. Any suggestions?

There are plenty of hints in these threads, have you checked them? I made it to hint 5 (part 1) by myself, more or less, but I did need hint 6, even though it's pretty obvious once you notice. I'm stuck on this one, part 1 in particular. I have no clue on how to find the encryption key, so that I can decipher the message.
theres a lot of clues hidden in the file: Spoiler: hint 1 for starters; you could look at the eagle you'll notice theres some things 'off'/not quiet right about it. if you dont see it at first, try to look for it on google, and then reverse image search the thing Spoiler: hint 2 have you seen the readable text at the bottom? i wonder where that could have been from.... Spoiler: hint 3 and one thing thats been said before: you might want to count somethings

I cant get past part 1 Spoiler I found that the quote in the file is from king James's bible. And when I counted the feathers the eagle had 27 feathers on each wing, so I took passage 27:27 from king James's bible which is "And thou shalt have goats' milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household, and for the maintenance for thy maidens." I tried that as the decryption password but it didn't work. Am I even on the right track or am I missing something?
