[puzzle Mission]archivist Help

I just recieved this mail:

Agent steelgramps,

Dispatch contacted me saying that you had a set of skills that could prove
useful to me. I’m extremely busy at the moment and under a lot of
pressure to deliver materials for the Archive. I’ve been given a strict
and short deadline of October 1st, so I’ll be very grateful if you can
help me out!

We are updating our Archive entry on the Freemason group and I was also
asked to prepare a tutorial for performing surveillance on a target.

FREEMASON ARCHIVE ENTRY

For the Freemason Archive entry, I will need recon photos of Freemason
lodges, along with their addresses. If we can get at least 8 separate
photos of lodge exteriors, that will be enough for the database entry.

In addition to this, I need to provide a manual on how to join a Freeman
lodge. The manual needs to cover:
- Prerequisites (Old Charges) to join
- Petitioning to become a member
- How to impress the investigative committee
- How to advance within the lodge
- Any other pertinent information

Please be specific, as field agents will need to be properly primed on how
to join the society. However, many lodges in various different countries
have different entry demands, so please only cover the universal
requirements. Local bureau chiefs will be able to supply agents with the
additional local details.

For the manual, please send me the raw text and a list of any necessary
photos or illustrations. I will format it and upload it to the archive.
Please send me the lodge photos, with their details, as soon as they are
ready.

SURVEILLANCE TUTORIAL

As for the surveillance tutorial, I need it to cover:
- How to perform photo recon in the field
- Research methods
- Useful surveillance tools
- Avoiding detection/covering your tracks

I’m confident that with your experience, this tutorial will be an easy
task to handle. You’ll have to provide me with any presentation materials
you prepare, the raw text and a list of any necessary photos or
illustrations, and I will format them.

AGENT COLLABORATION

I understand that what I’m asking for is a lot, so please enlist the help
of your fellow agents to accomplish this task. In order to manage the
materials I’m asking for, I’ll only be receiving the finished
assignment from you and the other agents recommended to me by Dispatch. We
are on a tight deadline, I need to get all this ready for the 1st of
October, when I will receive my next assignment.

If you have questions about any of this, I will be able to answer them on
the IRC channel #archive, immediately, or else at 19:00 UTC daily until
October 1st.

There are two tasks here, the Freemasons archive entry, and surveillance tutorial. If we split up the work, we can do this faster. On the spreadsheet in the first tab, just put your agent name in the column of what you will work on

 

@Lyrah , I am right there with you . I will work from the reverse side so we don't do the same thing. Or I can move over to surveillance

Our required information is coming along nicely. We have only a few gaps to fill. I am awaiting a phone call back from a friend who is in the freemasons to get required information. Great job to my fellow agents on work so far @Santiak , @dylanamite , @Lyrah we will get Agent Wheelers work done on time.

I know 2 for sure. We still need 6. The documents required are pretty much done. We just need the recon ASAP on the temples, as per Agent Wheelers request. and this is the minimum amount. The more the better for future missions.
