The individual known as the weatherman [Subject KD28W9] sent an email to Dispatch at 10:26 UTC today with details concerning the transfer occurring on 08/15/15. They plan to continue development on a powerful military grade virus that has already caused massive amounts of damage. These viruses are part of the RAINBOW (Research on the Applications of Information and Network Based Occult Weapons) program that Morpho is funding, using various subsidiaries including a software company called Shale Securities. On Saturday, Morpho and Shale are set to exchange a rare, ancient artifact for the latest version of the virus, known as RAINCLOUD. Morpho plans to unleash RAINCLOUD into your systems. I can’t let that happen. I have been many things, but a murderer is not one of them. I have been creating a modified version of the virus.
