Regarding Part 2: I ended up using Option 2 here. To my slight disappointment (only slight -- it worked, after all!), I had to do it through the brute force approach. If someone could PM me with an explanation or some hints as to what connection I missed between the location from Part 1 and the common thread between the three lines of text (I was able to find that much, at least), I would be very grateful. EDIT: Never mind! I figured it out. Spoiler I was looking in the wrong direction on IMDB's filmography list and that's why I didn't see it. Whoops. That'll teach me not to be thorough!

So KC is a large stadium and also a communications thing that's been accused of a monopoly. It was also to host a thing for FIFA but never appeared. Liberty is in Wales and replaced an older stadium. That's all I got

I searched for KCOM history ..any date connected to any liberty independence date. Part 1 - trial and error approach and eventually got it. I was looking for longitude and latitude from the hex code even. For part 2 - after reading the hints here that it's connected to part 1.. eventually I got it.
