At least its really simple to google it.. I apologize, but for me as a non english, i never would have found the solution without google, sorry
I am ashamed...I finally googled the answer to the 'and' puzzle. Here's one I remember seeing in Asimov's Science Fiction as a child: To please my love I must plant a grove of ten tall trees in five straight rows each row of trees must have only four Else my love will come no more (I also love how puzzles seem so obvious to the maker, and so flummoxing to the solver!)
At first I thought they were in a circle and you were looking at the grove on the ground, so you could only see 5 rows...but then they wouldn't be 4 trees per row. That sentence is a bit different, so I think something's up there. I'll think about it some more.
Well, I am doing it purely from memory of when I was 9, so it might be a bit off. It is ten trees in five rows, with four trees per row, that I am sure of.
I too succumbed to google to find the answer to the 'and' puzzle. It was driving me crazy, and honestly not sure I would have solved it without help

Hints: The key is not case sensitive. It's not a simple alphabet substitution. If you decipher it, you'll get a beautiful song. Extra points for the ones who tell me the name of the song EDIT: No spaces
Did you include spaces in there? I am just wondering due to having split and replaced the letters in Hex and Substitution a few times and I still end up with free characters, so I'm wondering if there's spaces or if the words are just scrunched up.
This one is driving me nuts. Last night I dreamed I cracked it, and it was the theme song to Ghostbusters. I shit you not. I am not giving up yet, but I am getting there...
Been running it through Vigenere, considering they usually do not include spaces in the cipher text, only problem is I have no idea what the key may be, among others, I've tried: Spoiler THE, TBW, SONG, LYRICS, BEAUTIFUL, ZEROSH, EREN, JAEGER, KEY, FUN, DIV. Sadly nothing. Considering there's an almost equal distribution of letters, I also tried simply splitting the message into pairs of two, but alas; zilch. Edit: Worth noting is that frequency analysis suggests the keyword is either 3 or 9 letters in length, which corresponds with what Zargh found.
Since I don't want to drive you mad I'm posting the cypher I used: Spoiler Don't continue if you don't want to now the exact cypher I used Spoiler AB abcdefghijklm nopqrstuvwxyz CD abcdefghijklm znopqrstuvwxy EF abcdefghijklm yznopqrstuvwx GH abcdefghijklm xyznopqrstuvw IJ abcdefghijklm wxyznopqrstuv KL abcdefghijklm vwxyznopqrstu MN abcdefghijklm uvwxyznopqrst OP abcdefghijklm tuvwxyznopqrs QR abcdefghijklm stuvwxyznopqr ST abcdefghijklm rstuvwxyznopq UV abcdefghijklm qrstuvwxyznop WX abcdefghijklm pqrstuvwxyzno YZ abcdefghijklm opqrstuvwxyzn ^ This is significant. I'll give you a hint for the key in the following days

I'll be honest; I have no idea what you all posted...like, it's not just reading material, I'd have to actually spend time to figure out what I'm looking at and how to apply it. Oh boy! Hardmode indeed.
*suspects he has it* Sent you my offer at a solution, Zerosh. Spoiler: Not the solution - but possible advice I won't give away the solution, of course. But unless it turns out I didn't happen across a random set of words that still managed to not only make sense, but also be the lyrics to a song, I can say as much as that you are on the right track.
Wow, just... wow I don't know if tomorrow I'll have time so I'm posting the hint now before going to bed. But as @Santiak said, with my previous hint and what @bljkr posted you almost have it. Hints to find the key: Spoiler Key lenght: 9 characters Spoiler Key hint: red lion rampant regardant
