Spoiler: My Method I opened the picture in Photoshop and traced the outline then filled it white and exported it onto a black background enabling me to reverse Image search and find the name of the symbol. Now im stuck @ 7.2 if anyone got a hint.

more than likely you are looking at the right list. I would recommend using the search page ( ctrl+F ) if you have not already. You know one key word that is listed there.
I need hint for 7.1. I outlined the symbol in Gimp and fed the B/W image for reverse image search, but got too many hits and none near. Can some1 help?
Spoiler: nudge If you google search a description of the symbol (try 'single line with five shorter lines branching off' or something similar), you may be able to find it that way.
Hi I'm new the TBW and (this forum), I'm on missions 7 and looking for any help. From what I have found out so far that mission 7.1 has been revised since the game was first published and can't seen any clues or hints for the new version while searching. As I don't normally post on forums I have no idea how to do the spoiler thing others have on they post so I'll be cryptic as to not 'spoil' (pun intended) the mission for others. I believe I've have figured out the name of the machine but told the answer is wrong, have tried other things (don't want to give too much away) but they don't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated

Oh cool thanks for the tip on the spoiler thing (can y tell I don't post much lol) Oops sorry didn't realised on the first season, second season stuff but will post there from now on. Turns out I had the right answer looks like it was a connection my end was why it wasn't working
