I know this is an outdated recommendation so it's hardly relevant by now, but I am unsure what it refers to, it would seem to be within TBW archives but what is the ID#?

I'm guessing this is what was meant:

My portion was B06A269 - I decrypted it into 93CF390 it was entered into the database.

It looks like we have lot more to go if those xxxxxx numbers are agents that have yet to complete this task.

edit:woops, didn't see Kakuzen basically posted the same thing above this.

I was able to decrypt the code found at the cryptobin page, Kakuzen posted what that found in his spoiler thing a few posts above this one.

From that, Smillia was able to determine from the jumbled photo that we're looking at the Lexington Avenue Line in New York as the most likely location for the Cult activities.

Both Smillia and I emailed Dispatch as such. This was their reply to me:

11:30 pm UTC is 7:30 pm EST (New York's time) I think.

 

If we need boots on the ground around City Hall in Manhattan on Saturday, 11:30 PM UTC should be 7:30 PM NYC time. I (and I'm sure several others) can be there.

 

Anyone looked into those signs yet? At a glance I noticed the numbers
