    NOTE 1:30 AM 12/18/2016

I am finding more and more of these Mr. Bigg’s restaurants dispersed around Maiduguri. They also seem to be conveniently placed by HVTs, making them useful to terrorists, should they have internet. The site does not specify this, so I am curious for input, as if they do have internet, many more HVTs could be secured.

[EDIT: After talking to some other agents about this, I am going to keep the Mr. Biggs restaurants to a “possible” establishment, just because they are not strictly internet cafes.]

Dispatch responded to my email at around 10 AM, so the intel should be updated soon.

I'm going to look over Google Maps and try to see if they coordinate with anything. One is fairly close to an airport, so that's something to watch out for.

The wi-fi spot near the uni seems a little bit strange, being that it is in the middle of a road. The other one, however, is within close proximity to the State Secretariat and also Sanda Kyarimi Park. I'll have to look into the area around it and see if the wi-fi spot is valid.

Unfortunately I've found an old list about major isp providers (sorry for my english xD): http://techloy.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Top-10-ISPs-Nigeria-March-20121.png

actually the problem isnt' only boko haram --> the nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari doesnt' fight against them and they're leader Abu Musab al-Barnawi.

this is the air route: http://www.nigeria.to/airlines/Arik-Air/images/arik-air-route-map.jpg but i cant find something more specific about maiduguri, but from there u can go easily to abuja and then new york or london and similar

The one free wi-fi network seems to coordinate with a hotel near the Maiduguri Airport. I'll take note of it.
