Pre-ordering & tiers

Hi! I'm looking at picking up NT4 - no, I didn't get it yet, don't judge me, you'll understand why in a sec.

I'm actually eyeing the Quantum package and every add-on, but I'd rather not pick it all up in one scoop. Am I able to pay for the Quantum package's base, then get the Server and 0-day Vulnerability later?
