No better way to word it, as it's not a bug and not a glitch, nor an "undocumented feature". When you're attempting a password attack, if you have a denied level (Such as A-7) it will still prompt you for incomplete config, but then nothing happens. As a user, it's sometimes a bit off because I expected results (I didn't, because denied access, but...). Basically, wouldn't you get "access denied" type of warning instead of allowing for the incorrect config warning and then no user feedback?
