Multiple unknown signals are being detected, researchers are working on them. Something should be going down and agents are to stand by to take action when needed. At least, that is my recollection.
Me too! I also got the phone call about a signal. I should perhaps save the number to my phone because apparently the dispatch always calls from the same number. EDIT: Good job Atunacat! That's the call I had as well. English isn't my native language so I always miss bits and pieces of them.

Hi everyone, would you mind helping a newbie? I've joined The Black Watchmen only a couple of days ago and I'm currently on mission 12. How much are live missions connected to the basic game lore? Should I participate in this operation, or it'll spoil the remaining missions for me? Upd: Actually, never mind. Just re-read the e-mail; I'm from Russia, and here the government actually employs people for posting tons of negative comments to everything that even relatively looks like it opposes it. Besides I simply can't stand bullying, even an in-game one. So I think I'll just pass. Yep. I've read the instruction, it pretty much sums up the methods of paid commentators I see every day.
