Spoiler I attempted to do this mission and was able to find the information for the cellphone, however it's not updating in the Drone feed as you can see.
Did you do a scan for nodes within the mss.hvm network or just try every available access in airodump? You have to find a node that contains HVMGuest as a user, then the drone feed should allow you to open the cracking utility. zaelong wrote up a great terminal users guide here edit: I just ran through the HVM process and had no issues.
