Part 2 is pretty tricky. If you need it maybe this hint will help. Spoiler: 1.2 Nudge Look back in the surveillance log at the conversation between the two men. See if you notice anything suspicious. It should help you find your next lead.
Hey. I have some problems with 1.3... Spoiler Should i concentrate on the sprawl code (don't find the key ...)? The attached image ? The satellite images ? or another document ? Thanks

I could use some help on 1.3. Spoiler I read through Msika's personal notes on the Sprawl rumors and have read the OSINT papers and their sources (when provided) twice now, and whatever it is I'm looking for still just won't click. Would someone care to point me to a specific document, or maybe suggest a different tactic or train of thought to refocus on?
Hello, I am stuck at 1.2, and the nudge provided did not offer any hint, besides an unresistable urge for chocolate... EDIT: Solved, but I have to admit it was not clear at all how to proceed and what to research (END OF USELESS RANT)
Kinda stumped at 1.2. Think I'm close, though. Spoiler Am I looking for the name of the program or the type of program? I've gotten as far as an interview from a science show, but so far everything I enter from that interview comes out wrong. edit. Solved. No sooner than I made this post I figured it out.
I doubled back to this mission after (mission 5 spoilers) Spoiler getting the cipher key . I deciphered the item included in the surveillance report which came out to: Spoiler To Group Seven: Find Enemy Agent, Neutralize Informant . It feels like the sort of thing that would be a secret answer like the others but I can't find any way to enter it in any spot that does anything. Anyone else had any luck with it, or do we think it's for our own amusement?
I don't know much about the lore, but I think it goes like this. Spoiler Basically, Msika wrote the reports a few years ago while she was trying to get intel for MORNINGLIGHT. Apparently the people working on this project caught on to Msika's recon, and decided she needed to be stopped. Her informant being killed was probably due to this message. Eventually Msika was captured and tortured for 2 years(?). We then had an operation to rescue her. By some miracle we did, but due to the extensive torturing, she had come back in a vegetative state. Her wife, Gwen, was extremely angered by this. She then killed Captain William Patrick, leading to a live mission where we had to track her down and neutralize her. She was shot once, and then ended up being hit by a train. Like I said, I'm not very knowledgeable about this, so if there's anything I screwed up, please correct me
To those of you stuck on part 2, find what was connected to [redacted], not what [redacted] created. Also, A structure in College Station, Texas collapsed in 1999. What was that structure for?
