Alright potential Agents. HQ has received your request for assistance. This is Silverfox from the OWL division. I've been asked to take time away from my research to do what I can to guide our new agents in their training. Now, I know several of you want me to just tell you the answer so you can become full agents. If you think that, then start walking down the mile of shame because that is not what I am here for. My job is to give you a small nudge to help you on your training mission. We are one. We work together so when discussing this mission, I will supply three hints. It is up to you if you want to use one or all three. Do not use these unless you are so blocked that you are on the verge of washing out of the program. We will assume you passed the first two missions as they are the toolbox you need for the training mission. Here we go Agents in discussing your first mission. Nudge 1: Spoiler Remember, this mission is the usage of the skills you learned in the first two missions. Do any of the photos have something that would be like the first two missions? Nudge 2: Spoiler Sometimes you will have to combine two pieces of info together to get the completed answer. Nudge 3: Spoiler Ciphering is part of your training. Research is the other. Who would want the item you discovered? If you still need guidance, Agents, then use the Call for Help to let other Agents contact you. I never had any difficulty with any of the six current missions, but I want to compliment your good work. I think those tips are going to be useful to people who are stuck.

Morning chaps. Hit a snag with the final training mission. I've been tasked to investigate a missing antiques dealer in Chicago. I'm not sure how to gain access to the archive or the evidence provided within. Any help will be much appreciated. Agent Green386

Dear Agents and supervisors, @Silverfox, Thank you for the help given by this classified information, yes I confess I opened all the spoil links, and further more I don't know yet if I will succeed the mission ... WHY ? because i'm french speaker and if i succeed by myself all the spoils except the last one, it's simply because i don't yet fully understand the meaning of the "Target" word. Well I've tried for hours to figure this out. I have a website which by looking at it seems alot of others have been there too. I have a code which i searched on the site and it looks like alot of others have done that too. What I dont have are any answers!!! Ive looked at your hints above and tbh i already have all of that except for the name!! I tried using the chat in game but its not working. It has a padlock on it. Can anyone please help as this is driving me nuts.
EDIT: I got help from IRC. Don't look at the search function. The search function is misleading because so many of us have uploaded confusing things, and it won't get you where you need to go.
Spoiler: hint Perhaps you're not meant to use the string to search with? Spoiler: Bit heavier hint If I want to send someone a package, just writing the "country" on the package won't do - I need to be more specific - and couple the country with a more specific designator.

I swear I've got the right organization but it's not right? I did some web searching came up with a group, typed it in, but it's wrong...
I feel as though I am missing something. I have checked the hints to make sure that I have everything right but is there something else I'm just not getting? Spoiler I found the hex code and the encoded website within photo #1040. Unless I didn't decode them properly, what's my next step?
I got the answer, but only by following the hints from Silverfox. Very frustrating. Here's what I did: Spoiler 1. Looked at picture 1040 2. Went to http://www.asciitohex.com/ 3. Typed in jjj.cnfgrova.pbz into ROT13 as it looked like a website. I got www.pastebin.com 4. Typed in 4a 67 57 32 72 39 41 65 into Hexadecimal. I got JgW2r9Ae 5. Went to www.pastebin.com/JgW2r9Ae - nothing 6. Frustrated, I followed Silverfox's hints and googled 'Cypher Manuscripts' - got the answer (but I don't know how I could have got there on my own). As I said, very frustrating... 7. I went to Youtube for the walkthrough and he did the same steps as me: Conclusion: The file has been deleted from pastebin. NOT COOL
I would really like to know how could I have come to conclusion about Spoiler Cipher Manuscripts Spoiler As I just couldn't find connection!
Spoiler If you go to the wikipedia page about these manuscripts, you'll notice there is a particular organization that is associated with them... One that would probably do some shady stuff to get them back.
No I mean why would I even look for the Spoiler Cipher Manuscripts from the pictures given. Thank you!
