Are we entering the lab report number? or something deeper. I have literally tried them all but i'm tired so i'm like 85% positive i've typo'd like 7 of them lol.
WARNING! THIS CONTAINS THE ANSWER! Per usual, I live streamed solving the answers with members of the community in my chat. I talk through my thought process. If you want to watch it then do so. The answer is near the end, so if you want to watch early parts to see my process for hints...or wrong direction then do so. Mission 12 Live Stream - 1 Hour 24 Minutes
Here's what I see: Spoiler Test results from July 24th 2015. Lab results dating from April 14, 2010 to May 18, 2015 The lab results seem to show comparisons between two sets of subjects but I don't see how to compare them to the test subject. I thought the dates listed in the lab results might correlate to the date on the test results but no dice. At a dead end.
It took me the longest to figure this out: Spoiler Try to understand what the circle in the test results represents. Then compare If you think you figured it out, but can't find the correct answer to enter: Spoiler Read the instructions. What are we looking for? How can we connect the experiment results to the thing we are looking for. Where could we find the answer?
Unfortunately, I've been stuck in internet hell for the past week as a side-effect of vacationing. However, I look forward to starting these in a few days in order to catch up. BTW, when did these release? I expected them to come out this Friday.
I'm almost up to date with the rest of your now. This mission has me completely baffled though and I don't understand the hints here either. Can someone give me a helpful clue to get me started?
I also had trouble with this one. Spoiler I assume it's the first part you're having trouble with, since that was the tricky part of the mission. A few hints that are different from those above; Spoiler pay attention to the weight it gives in the opener. it's nonstandard and slightly misleading. Spoiler the list of weights aren't the normal weights of human composition. Spoiler what are the charts showing and comparing in reference to the above? Spoiler the answer is not on that document.
Spoiler All the graphs have an experimental group (red) and a control group (grey.) To find what Baup's graph looks like you have to find the values of the control group for each point (element) to compare them. You're also looking for the name of the subject, not their call number.
Thanks Felicity and Nikel. I think I have an idea where to go now. I will wait until tomorrow to try it though. If I go at it now I will probably get so engrossed in it and forget to go to sleep. LOL
Just curious because I'm trying that myself, Mark... How did you do that with the spreadsheet? I can't for the life of me figure it out.
You can do it in Excel. There are some online tools that will do the same, if you don't have Excel or a similar program.
I know how to pull up the spreadsheet on word, I just don't know how to do the graph-thing that I don't know the name of. NM found it. Thanks
I've found the match but I don't know what to do from there. Any advice? Spoiler Basically, I made a graph for Baup's data and know which graph from the PDF it matches but I don't know how to access the lab report or any other way of finding out the name of the specimen
