Hehumm... Let me know if I am on the completely wrong track, please? ^^; Spoiler One of the labels reads "C5J", which is the atom belonging to the molecule H4M, which is Dimethylene Tetrahydromethanoptein, which (besides being a mouthful) appears to be a protein, or part of a protein. However, it is the only label that leaded results for me, all the others (C5H, C9D, C9A, ...) were not listed in the database... # # # Edit by @Zerosh Added personal hints and some guidelines. Thanks to agent @Anuschka who made the thread in the first place. Use this thread to discuss theories and keep track of clues and hints. Also, please post here the link to any document (or similar) created to cooperate on the mission. Meanwhile I'll try to keep this post updated with useful info and hints. Note: It's recomended to download all images and files in order to work with less difficulty. Hints Part 1 Spoiler: Hint 1 You have the answer in the document Part 2 Spoiler: Hint 1 If send an email to the rosenberg clinic yoy may get an answer from your target Spoiler: Hint 2 The clinic's secretary Linda Moss is your objective, maybe an email would work Spoiler: Hint 3 Her email address follows the the same pattern as the rest of staff's emails Spoiler: Hint 4 Her response may not be of much help, but there should be something hidden in it Spoiler: Hint 5 "life is full of surprises but never when you need one" will guide you to her intranet password and to the solution
Spoiler the labels might not be where you need to seek. there is plenty of those..what is different in the photos?
Still stumped, so I tried to make a list, Silverfox: Spoiler 2 containers are empty (labeled C5H and C5J) - unlikely to be the right track, though, if you say that I don't have to follow labels most containers contain green liquid, only 2 contain rather bluish one - again, seems unhelpful if I am not to follow labels Natahniel likes Werther's Original, Parr eats lots of Tic Tac, Myrick... at least had a statue of a small cat - I initially deemed those irrelevant, since nothing came to my mind how that should help me figure out where to look next/where to find them... But are they the right direction, after all?
...and following another tangent... Spoiler Assuming the liquid sterilizing agent they used is either glutaraldehyde, formaldehyde or hydrogen peroxide... judging from what I gather from Google, colour-wise formaldehyde and hydrogen peroxide seem to fit (at least after reacing with something else), but since hydrogen peroxide works A LOT faster than the other two, I assume that is probably what they used... Not sure if that is of any help, though, since hydrogen peroxide is very easy to gather from a lot of places...
Don't know if I am on the wrong track, but usually my first instinct is right. Spoiler Looking at the pictures, I am seeing first thing that it looks like code , Ignore the C and you mainly see hexadecimal code . I am going to use the Watchmen label id numbers and put the code into the best order I can. I am going to try it out now. .Update Spoiler Update- Seems like a dead lead. not enough code variation for intelligible text..
new thought Spoiler Seeing as there is labels on the rest , there is the petri dish with the label torn off. Maybee something important, or just a coincidence . I found this about color, may be tied into the answer not sure. Spoiler Chemical indicators are affixed on the outside of each pack to show that the package has been processed through a sterilization cycle, but these indicators do not prove sterilization has been achieved. Preferably, a chemical indicator also should be placed on the inside of each pack to verify sterilant penetration. Chemical indicators usually are either heat-or chemical-sensitive inks that change color when one or more sterilization parameters (e.g., steam-time, temperature, and/or saturated steam; ETO-time, temperature, relative humidity and/or ETO concentration) are present.
Question Spoiler I am looking at the document in archive TI98DC from the previous mission , and I saw it was in Malaysia. Now I see that carved cat and think in that direction now. am I just chasing a cold trail.?
Spoiler wrong direction. Think about things you either sought or did to get more info. You can get it, I'd bet on it.
We have done so much to get to this point, I guess my mind is just stuck and going to directions it shouldn't be. But I have been investigating for 4 hours straight now on different missions. This is a good one.
Spoiler read what I said closely. Does any word make you think of a previous mission? Not the answer but what you was seeking
Spoiler makes me think of Dr. Myrick and her betting with that statement made. I replayed the mission to see what was needed to beat the level. and it was about password cracking and m55
direction idea Spoiler So I am looking for Dr. Myrick now, seeing as her item from her office ( the cat figurine) is different than the others, and based on the clues you have given me about betting. . I just don't have any more leads, I think I am going to far out of the box. I don't know if old clues from previous missions will help like her credit card bill. But seeing as every mission can be solved with current information given for that mission , I am at a loss. Spoiler I have even thought of social engineering her to find out current location, but seeing as they cleared their business /operation out that would be a dead end.
Spoiler Ok so I am going to guess another path I have seen . And that is the Sanitizing agents used and the 2 blue vials. One reason is in the document from division, it said that there was no concrete results.
