Mail Puzzle

It appears there are bits and pieces of a puzzle encrypted in Base64 being sent out with the dog tags from the Kickstarter. Just got my package, added my info.

 

we are still missing the first part of the message

 

maybe some intel regarding NT4; i believe anashel mentioned that one of our targets in the training missions got angry at us, and kidnapped one of our field agents. i think its possible this message could be from them.

 

Got my piece entered into the page. Mine filled in one of the missing gaps and seems to have filled it completely.

Mine arrived this morning. Very nice. I added my part of the code to the spreadsheet, although I'm unsure which year to put in.

 

The year is the year the person performed their whistleblowing.

 

Cheers. I thought so. There were a number of different possible years in the Wikipedia page but I went with the first one mentioned.

Calling the number given, we get a serie of numbers. Any suggestion of what to do next?
Has anyone decrypted their usb already?
