I cannot login to my account with my Agent Name

I know my email and password for The Black Watchmen but every time I try the Agent name I signed in with before it seems to say 'That account could not be found'. It'd be great if someone could help me either find my username or at least be able to delete the account so I can make a new one. Thanks

 

@Anashel I am having the same issue as the OP. Is there any way you can help me get my username??
