Mine arrived today, North Somerset in UK, encoding was ROT-16. Also the date of the event appears incorrect on the decoded version on the wiki. The date on the wiki states the event happened 19/06/2015 but the original has 29/06/2015 (the same date 29/06/15 is also on my copy of the mission letter). Serial number of the note is TM-323168.

Mission Report Mission No: 205019 Agent: Bach Date: 07/29/2015 Sealed letter with "Hell Bank Note" and encrypted instructions (ROT 18) was received on 07/28/2015. The letter was kept in my safe house for exactly 24 hours with minor ill effects on my sleep pattern (insomnia, slight paranoia, sleepwalking). The banishment ritual was performed on 07/29/2015, 20:45 -20:52 CEST. As an additional security measurement one of my local contacts (Subject LW01267) accompanied me. The burial site is at 47.697560, 9.122558. The location was deamed ideal for the ritual due to its vicinity to the sanctified grounds of the local cemetary. Possible preternatural anomalies will also be masked by the highthened tolerance of the local residents to abnormal events due to the close proximity to the local psychiatry. The ritual itself was completed without any relevant complications besides slight nausea, the unshakable feeling of being watched and seeing moving shadows out of the corner of my eyes.
