Got a "Hell Note" yesterday, same as the above, different cipher on my message, but same message. Note taken care of.
I had to spend the past 30 minutes trying to convince someone that this hell note is not somebody trying to curse me to death! Luckily it's not the 7th month yet on the Chinese calendar - There won't be any chance of explaining and will be burnt on the spot...
Hell note received and dealt with, response sent to HQ: Message received and understood. Ritual successful but with unforeseen side effects, the negative aura within the note corrupted my phone upon placing the last stone on top of the shrine. Attached is all I was able to retrieve from my phone before I had it incinerated.

I got my hell note about an hour ago. Fortunately my wife is a very knowledgeable priestess so the chance of curse was extremely minimal. She also smudged the house as well, just to be safe. forgot to mention my letter was ROT-4.

To those who don't know what this fuzzy looking picture is. It is a old style 3d image made by Magic Eye inc that was really popular in the 90s. If you relax your eyes you can see a 3d image inside of it. Some people can see this a lot easier than others, some people cant. I cannot make out what his image is . I can see it but it looks like a emblem or some kind of artifact or weapon
Received a black mylar envelope today with contents as previously described - Rot4. Unfortunately, while opening the envelope with a blade, the enclosed banknote was damaged. I am not well practiced with performing these sorts of rituals, I hope my efforts will be sufficient. Upon observing the banknote, some of the print looks to be blurred Green vs Red. It is as if some Red/Green 3D glasses are required to properly see the note. Green is offset to 10-o'clock by approx 0.8mm. Using Red/Green glasses and tilting note to the left should give a 3D effect. Will send documentation of interrment to HQ ASAP.
What is that? Spongebob making a call? The 3D image hidden in the noise is pretty hard to see but I can see some shapes in there.
