error with changing the color of the game

every time I enter the comunication center and click "refresh", my screen changes color. before that everything worked normally

 

So you also have an eye looking at you, from behind the globe?

But seriously, was your game behaving like its being hacked/corrupted?
Background turning red, FAY sounding like she's got a cold. Big eye moving in the background...

Cause thats happening to me and though it looks cool, this cant be healthy

 

I got the same thing, scary stuff

 

I think I got that a day or two ago, its part of the game right? RIGHT?

 

That or we all got hacked
