Didn't receive TBW key?

Long time listener, first time poster. I recently purchased the NiteTeam4 download ($25 Mark) from the website but did not receive the extra Steam key for The Black Watchmen as promised on the Steam promo. Any thoughts... am I missing something?

 

Check your email? I think they're usually sent by email.

 

They're usually not sent straight after you buy, but a bit later.
