I’ve assembled a training program where you’ll be faced with many different codes, ciphers and puzzles. The program is split into five chains, which will be released weekly (heh.) from the time you’re seeing this. Spoiler Alright... I got to here with the word Farmer. I've figured out its a diagrammatic cipher but I'm stuck from that.
Spoiler I've gotten to the same Imgur picture, and tried solving the code. The two words I've found so far is "Farmer" and "Chemist". However, the two phrases linking onwards (to the specified URL) seems to get me nowhere, and tells me the "information has been removed". I think I'm missing something; but can't figure out what!

Evening Agents, I've had some of you telling me that you're having difficulty solving a few of the ciphers in the recent chain. Because of this, I've started to put together a Handbook which will help you in locating a cipher and decrypting it. I've uploaded the first five pages, which focus on the various types of ROT and the Base codes. These will help you during your training course, so I advise you read them carefully. Good luck.

Spoiler The words he gives before each clue have to do with how to solve the cipher. Farmer in this case refers to the cipher name (also known as the masonic cipher).
